Membership is open to musicians who:

a.) exhibit satisfactory playing ability or potential; 

b.) agree to adhere to the Band’s policies;
c.) give regular attendance to rehearsals/performances; and 

d.) are interested in promoting and furthering the vision of the organization.

 A friendly collaborative atmosphere draws everyone from professional-level performers with college degrees in music to people who were in high school band and haven't played in decades. Flathead Valley Community Band collaborates with Flathead Valley Community College to offer enrollment credit.
